Delegates will have to pay for a minimum of 3 nights’ accommodation mandatorily in these above hotels.
Delegates who wish to pay only for single accommodation in the double occupancy room, they can pay half of the amount of double occupancy charges (Example: Rs. 19,500 for 3 nights) and the Organizing Committee will allot any other second person into that room.
Interested Delegates can have an extra bed option by paying an additional amount (Rs. 2,000/- per night approx.) directly at the Reception in Radisson Blu Resort & Novotel Varun Beach Hotels.
The accommodation reservation will be confirmed on first-come-first served basis upon receipt of the full payment and filled-in Google Form.
The Organizing Committee will close the accommodation option for a particular hotel depending upon the confirmed bookings and availability of the rooms on that date.
